High stakes and high support only means something if somebody is accountable for it. These are the people who are: player development, baseball operations, West Coast Mind and West Coast Body, and the admin that keeps a season running.

  The vision behind the Collective, and the club underneath it.

  Vice President

  Corey Eckstein

  Former Ontario Blue Jays President, a Kansas City Royals scout and a coach with Canada's Junior National Team, back with the club he led to three BCPBL titles.

• 

  Baseball Operations

  Max Ishikawa

  American Coach with stops at the high school, college and professional levels. Runs program communications, game-day operations and the player pathway across the Collective.

  Player Development

  Kevin Nicholson

  A former first round pick in the MLB Draft, who played at the highest levels and represented Canada at the Olympics. Continues to give back to the next generation of ballplayers by sharing his experiences and expertise through player development.

  West Coast Mind

  Brad Robinson

  A Mental Performance coach and former Team Canada Player who founded the Complete Athlete. Full time staff member who works with our teams and individual players.

  West Coast Body

  Josh Berenbaum

  CCBC Pitcher of the Year in 2024 with the UFV Cascades and former pitcher for the Toronto Maple Leafs. Works with athletes across the Collective in our Strength and Performance program.

  Shawn Besse

  Two decades at the club, coaching the Junior Cardinals as far back as 2012, and now the one keeping its fields and facilities game-ready every season.
